CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
All items purchased on or after November 25th, 2022 are eligible for store credit or exchange 14 days after December 25th, 2022.
REGULAR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase from Thr3e, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn & tags attached), with the original receipt. All items are non-refundable.
MAKING A RETURN VIA MAIL
- On a copy of your receipt/order confirmation, please indicate (highlight/circle) the item(s) you wish to return-- or include your order number
- Please include an explanation for the reason you wish you return your item(s)
- Please include your contact information (phone number/email/social media direct message information)
- Please indicate if you wish to make an exchange for a different size in the same item OR exchange for a different item
- Please indicate if you would rather have a store credit for the item and a credit will be stored in our files and can be processed towards your next purchase.
- Repack the item(s) with the following information listed above, and mail to: THR3E CLOTHING - Box 1020 - Lumsden, Sk. - S0G 3C0
IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for the cost of mailing the item back for return/exchange. Thr3e Clothing is not responsible for any item(s) lost in the mail or damaged upon return… please be sure to insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery.
Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), one of our team members at Thr3e Clothing will reach out to you to confirm that the return/exchange was completed. Thr3e Clothing can not hold items for a future exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not returned within 14 days of purchase, or is returned damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for another item of greater value, our team members will contact you for further payment and shipping information.
If you need to return an item that you received as a gift, and you do not have the original receipt, please email email@example.com.
