PRE-SALE POLICY

Beat the rush and make sure you don't miss out!

  • We will do our best to ship products in accordance with their expected ship date, but if something changes, we'll do our best to let you know! Our shipments are subject to delays in manufacturing/and or delivery from our distributors.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date. Please give us a call if you need to update any information (306-731-3346).
  • You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. If we're unable to fulfill your order for any reason within 60 days from the order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. Once you place your order, your order is final and nonrefundable. 

If you select PICK-UP at the checkout, we will notify you when your item arrives and have it ready for you to pick-up in our store.

If you select SHIPPING at the checkout, we will notify you when your jacket arrives and mail the item to you within 24 hours.

  • If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase from Thr3e, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of sending the parcel to you. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn & tags attached), with the original receipt. All items are non-refundable. Please visit our RETURNS PAGE for our full policy.
  • Unless otherwise requested, if you are making an order with several items, we will hold the order and ship all together with the pre-ordered item.
